Called Rocco on Sunday morning explaining the noises I was hearing in my walls. He was very friendly and knowledgeable; not pushy in the least. Mentioned it could be squirrels which turned out it was. He came by my home Monday morning without me being there and checked my roof before locating an opening at the front. He called and left me a message when he arrived and stated what he had found. Rocco even sent me pictures of the opening and damage prior to securing it so no other squirrels could get in. He fixed the problem in no time and explained that it could take 2-7 days for the squirrels to leave but that I shouldn't worry. He's very personable and pleasant to deal with. We moved into a house that had mice that we were unaware of, we thought we solved the problem with traps but unfortunately that wasn’t enough. I contacted Rocky through his website and he got back to me right away. He explained the procedure and we were able to set an appointment right away. Rocky showed up within the time that he said, he was fast, efficient, and showed us step by as he was placing the bait. I’m terrified of mice and glad that Rocky came to save the day! Everything used is safe for pets and children which is even better! Thank you Rocky for making this easier for us... My wife and I just moved into a new home (our first home) and were a bit unnerved to hear squeaking & flapping noises from our kitchen duct the first night. Needless to say, a quick Google search directed me to Empire Wildlife Removal and I called Rocco first thing in the morning. He was extremely polite and accommodated my request on short notice. Although I was at work, Rocco was extremely respectful and made sure to walk my wife through the process of removing the 2 bird nests from our kitchen and powder room ducts. Called Empire Wildlife Removal because I had squirrels in the ceiling. Rocco came and covers the Electrical board and made a one way out for the squirrels. He was very efficient and the squirrels left in 4days. Last week I called Empire Wildlife again for rats and mice entering in the foundation to my cold room. He responded to my call quickly and got everything needed to get rid of mice and rats. I noticed after a week that the mice/rats activity stopped. Excellent service at an affordable price!!! I had wasp issue in my property. After calling around many pest control services, I landed on Empire pest control because the price was very affordable. And now I'm totally impressed by their service. Very prompt and assuring. He not only treated the wasp entrance for which I called him, but also found another entrance and treated it for free. Please do not call anyone else but Rocco! I came back from holiday and found that family of squirrels found their way into my attic by gnawing their way through a rather awkward entry point on my roof, I needed a quick solution and called a few wildlife removal experts. Rocco immediately understood my issue and presented a solution at a very competitive price but it was his confidence, expertise and upbeat, professional demeanor that won my business. He was at my house within the hour and was just as pleasant and professional in person as he was on the phone. He promptly installed the solution and even knocked a little money off his original quote since the job was not as extensive as I had described. We had a problem of starlings nesting thru a narrow gap in our roofing. We called Empire Wildlife who gave us a appointment the very next day. Our tech was Tim who showed up on time and quickly identified the access path of the starlings. After checking for any birds or hatchlings (none were found), Tim proceeded to install a wire mesh to close off the gap in our roofing. He was all done in 20 mins or so. This fixed our problem and we have had no more birds bothering us since. Quick, efficient service. Highly recommended. ~ Chetan D

We basically had a whole nest of babies in our kitchen vent over the stove. To be exact there were three baby birds and one dead baby bird stuck in the fan. I was not using my fan for over two days until empire wildlife showed up to take out their entire nest and disinfected the ducts. They took out the baby birds out of vent. Imagine if this had been any longer I would have had all 4 rotting birds in my kitchen. Their service was quick and price was reasonable! Would definitely recommend to a friend. ~ Fatima N

I had the opportunity to hire Rocco to help me take care of a pesky raccoon problem. He was efficient, fair, transparent and most importantly the problem was dealt with and after sealing my vents we had no more break ins. Recently I reached out to him regarding a squirrel break in on another part of the roof and he came on the coldest day of the year to take a look at it and fixed it during the week. Rocco was very helpful and professional. He helped me protect my house from a raccoon invasion and potential destruction of my entire roof due to exposure to the elements. He's trustworthy. I suggest using his services to secure your house from any potential animal invasion. They violently break into unprotected vents and sneak inside the house and make any vulnerable spots much worse, exposing your house to the elements. This morning we noticed a couple of mouse droppings by our dog food in the cupboard. Our small dog was acting kind of strange obviously trying to search out the little mouse that has now entered our home! I called Empire (Rocco) and he told me he would come this afternoon to help!!! At 10:40am I received a call from Rocco saying he was on his way!!! Wow talk about fast!!!!! He came in super friendly in a situation where we were embarrassed about having a mouse or mice (cause there is never just one) but Rocco made us feel comfortable and told us that this happens to everyone as it’s the time of year where they want to come in out of the cold. He put two traps (black boxes with bait/poison) in the basement and two in the garage as he knows we have dogs. He was very informative about the products he was using and the process of getting rid of these unwanted critters. Thanks so much and hopefully we won’t need to use him again but if we have any other wild life coming into our house we will for sure contact Empire Wildlife to come back!!!!! ~ Barry M

Called Rocco who immediately returned my call and was able to fit me in the next morning to fix a critter problem in my basement. He arrived exactly when he said he would and immediately identified where they were getting in and then proceeded to make and install a custom made trap to allow the squirrels to get out and not return. Empire Wildlife Removal was very helpful and professional with removing a wasp nest for us in May. Unfortunately we had another wasp problem recently and they were really nice coming back and spraying our backyard for a second time. They were very specific in conveying the instructions and steps they were going to take for the removal, as well as any precautions we should take after the spraying was complete. I called Empire at 10:00am and they were at my house by 10:30. I had heard something in my wall of my master bedroom. Rocco and Justin did their best. They cut a few holes in the area where we heard the critter and we just could not find anything .They even went as far to go into my attic to take a look. Sadly whatever it was got away somehow. They felt bad for me so they didn't charge me a cent. I would definately call them again. They're hard working and reliable! ~ Rozina R

I had birds nesting in my dryer vent (on the second floor) preventing me from using my dryer. I called Empire Wildlife Removal and Rocco attended to the issue within an hour. Rocco took his time and removed the birds, eggs, birds nest, and cleaned the lint out of the hose thoroughly as well as installed a steel mesh to prevent additional wildlife from entering. The was the second time Rocco came to our home. The first time he did an fantastic job and a much cheaper rate them most of the other companies we called. We had a squirrel in our walls and he also did some work on some mice we had in the attic. He was honest and said more may come back in the fall but to call him and he would deal with it. Had an amazing experience with this company today!! Had a squirrel get in through my soffit below my roof and was running around making a ton on noise. Called to get a quote and within a couple of hours Tim had fixed the issue, installed a one way door and coaxed the squirrel out! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work as well as the price. Great services literally! he did my house about 6 years ago and they've been away since (mice). I recently just got a few more mice in my house again because of my neighbours and it was getting extremely cold again so unfortunately they came back but I know they'll be gone again with Rocko's services. I've called on Rocky for a couple of things this year. In the summer he came and dealt with some wasp nests and sprayed our yard for mosquitos and ticks. The spray worked so well and put my mind at ease with the ticks. Just recently we had a rodent problem, I wasn't sure what it was but I showed Rocky some pictures and he knew just what to do. I always find Rocky highly responsive and knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone. ~ Kate W
